Mother’s Day Outdoor Yoga

Celebrate Mother’s Day by joining in a relaxing outdoor yoga session with Chelsea at Therapeutic Resolution Center-124 Cole Rd. Bring your mats for a rejuvenating experience surrounded by nature. There will be a few mats available on a first come first serve basis if you cannot supply your own.

If the weather doesn't hold up to support our outdoor experience, we will move into an indoor space and meet again on a another day at no additional charge for an outdoor class. Join us for a morning of gentle yoga poses, breathing exercises, meditation, and sound healing.
Everyone is welcome to snacks after class has ended. Mamas don't forget to grab your Mother's Day giftbag before you head out! This event is the perfect way to start off your Mother's Day Weekend and I can't wait to see you all there. Namaste!
