Celebrate Motherhood with us. Start your day in the most relaxing way. Join us this Mother’s Day for our Prenatal Yoga Class.
Prenatal Yoga is a form of gentle yoga designed to compliment the growing needs of a pregnant body during all 3 trimesters. The focus is on restorative poses, deep breathing, and mental centering. This 45 minute class is designed to reduce the aches and pains of pregnancy through gentle movements and stretches. Prenatal Yoga prepares the body for labor physically and mentally; allowing space for strength and relaxation. These classes can be added at any stage of pregnancy and once you are cleared for exercise postpartum. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, all are welcome!

***Please be on time and use back entrance when arrive to class.
