Class Description:
Our Cardio Sculpt format consists of cardio moves mixed in with strength combos for 45 minutes. This class is set to the beat of the music and starts with a warm-up to a full three minutes of low-intensity cardio. Next, you’ll burn out with strength combinations and finish with high-energy cardio combos. We use a light set of hand weights and resistance bands for this workout.
Cake Decorating Class (PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED)

Class Description:
In the cake decorating class hosted by Cake & Crumb Bakery, you will learn how to frost and decorate a spring floral cake! Limited spots are available, so be sure to sign up via the link to secure your spot. Price – $50 per person, all supplies included to decorate a 6″ vanilla cake.
