Mother’s Day Ikebana Japanese Flower Arrangements

Saturday, May 11, 2:00 p.m.– 3:30 p.m.

Instructor: Irene Gomulka

Pre-registration required.

RSVP by May 9th at 1:00pm

Make a unique Ikebana/Japanese Spring floral arrangement for Mother’s Day.

A glass vase and plant materials will be provided with a separate $12.00 materials fee paid directly to the instructor in the class.

Please bring branch cutters or scissors.

Irene Gomulka has given numerous demonstrations and taught Ikebana classes at the Mennello Museum, Epcot, multiple Garden Clubs and teaches ongoing workshops. Irene is a licensed instructor in the Sogetsu School of Ikebana from Japan. She is the current president of the Ikebana International Chapter in Orlando and the Chairperson of the Sogetsu Orlando Study Group. Irene is a recent recipient of the Ikebana Iwaya Fund’s Memorial Teaching Scholarship.

Participants must withdraw from classes at least five days prior to the start of class in order to receive a full refund or credit. If we must cancel a class, we will make every effort to inform you prior to the class time, and you will receive a full refund or credit.Only those registered for the class will be permitted in the classroom. Childcare services are not provided.
