This is a LIVE gig that you can bring the whole family to, lay down (‘wind down’), get nice and comfy and experience a little nap ‘yogic rest’ which transitions to your own peaceful play with clay or watercolours while you enjoy a generous homemade vegan high tea.
Precious time and an awesome and unique experience to enjoy with a loved ones.
Simply rest on a yoga mat or beach towel or banana lounge (supplied or byo) with pillows and blankets as you enter a deep guided state of relaxation and yogic sleep guided by Anna as musician Adam Buchanan plays both LIVE and pre-recorded music composed from nature and his own intuitive creations.
From this blissful state transition to your own peaceful play with clay (air drying) and or paint with watercolours while you enjoy a healthy homemade vegan morning tea of almond and orange cake blueberry and banana cake, lots of scones and herbal teas.
Parents get a take home home gift.
Enjoy a stroll on family friendly Double Bay Beach or the park with swings etc on Kawana Island (near The Green Zebra Restaurant).
Includes generous morning tea (vegan orange almond cake and vegan banana and blueberry cake) plus lots of scones … with homemade chai seed raspberry jam and optional cream or dairy free yogurt.
$45 pp (kids are $10 each) includes all Art supplies and morning tea.
