
About this Event
This hour-long, kid friendly event will leave you feeling more connected to your body than ever before. Learn how to breath, lift, contract, and WORK alongside other wonderful women on the same journey as you.
Drop your kiddos at our supervised childcare where younger kids can enjoy softplay items and a ball pit (in collaboration with Mini Tots Softplay) and the older kids can enjoy fall crafts and fun!
~Led by an experienced prenatal and postpartum coach and pelvic health specialist, you will leave this event feeling more empowered, knowledgeable, and in tune with your body.~
Oh ya... not to mention you'll get a GREAT workout in!!
This event is PERFECT for:
- Pregnant moms at any stage (0-40+ wks)
- Postpartum moms (6+ wks postpartum)
- Women who struggle with prolapse
- Women who struggle with pelvic floor dysfunction

What you'll receive:
*45 minutes of guided group fitness from a certified mommy fitness specialist.

Info: Use this time to check-in for the event, find your place, chat to other mamas, and get settled in before the event begins. If you choose to bring your children, use this time to drop them off at the free on-site event childcare.

Info: Your host, Whitney, will use this time to welcome you to the event and go over expectations. Warm-up for the body of the workout will begin.

Workout
Info: The EVENT of the event... the workout!! This tailored workout is meant to include both sweat-inducing, body-burning exercises while also keeping you in-tune and connected to your pelvic floor and deep core. Expect to receive valuable information about how to train to get the MOST benefits to your body during this phase of your life. This workout will be challenging, informative, and mindful all wrapped into one!

Wrap-up
Info: Following a cool-down, goodie bags will be distributed for you to take home. All mamas will have a few moments of mindfulness followed by a group photo. You will then be dismissed to mingle, pick-up kids, and eat some yummy snacks!
