We welcome you along to our monthly gatherings at Spring Farm Community Centre.Whether you are breastfeeding, mixed feeding or found alternatives worked better for you we open our doors to share support in our parenting journeys. All parents, support people, toddlers and of course your little ones are welcome.
This month we are going to chat about sleep, Sleeping like a baby - what does that really mean? Join us as we talk about normal baby and toddler sleeping patterns, and share tips on how to cope with interrupted sleep as parents.
What are the tired signs? What are our expectations of our babies sleep? We will discuss what new parents sleep looks like and what this might look like during the year ahead.
What if your baby doesn't sleep much? what if your baby cries a lot? Let's talk about that too, and some ideas to look after yourself during this time.
We will have a Breastfeeding Counsellor on hand to answer any questions you might have they can be on or off topic
This venue is right across the road from Spring Farm shops and next door to McDonalds - if you prefer fancy coffee we suggest you stop at either of these pit-stops first! There is parking on-site and plenty of extra parking (should the car park be full) at the shops. The community centre provides wheelchair accessible entry, restrooms and baby change facilities.
