Kim Spear will guide you through a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra practice, also known as "Yoga Sleep." This healing technique helps reduce anxiety, enhance cognition, and support restful sleep. While you relax, our team of Reiki practitioners will provide hands-on, energy-based healing. Reiki promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and symptom relief, improving overall well-being. Based on the Eastern belief that vital energy flows through your body, Reiki helps guide this energy to promote balance and healing.

Through Kim’s guidance, you’ll reach a restful state that calms the heightened stress response in the body. This parasympathetic activation reduces muscle tension and alleviates symptoms of depression, anxiety, and insomnia, leaving you with an overall sense of well-being.
