This free event is the perfect way to:
- Bond with Mom: Enjoy a fun-filled afternoon together trying out new fitness classes like Yin Yoga, Pilates, and TRX.

- Discover Local Wellness Gems: Browse booths from over 15 local wellness practitioners and vendors offering a variety of products and services.
