The May retreats are themed to recognize and honor the women that keep life moving smoothly. The women that offer endless compassion, that are always stepping up to help, and constantly holding space for their people. Create Space ICT wants to provide a day for them to explore movement and creativity in a relaxed non-judgmental environment. Your registration includes an all level yoga class, guided meditation, a healthy lunch and snacks with Ayurvedic information, all supplies and instruction for creating an acrylic monarch painting.
