You deserve R&R. This two-hour Restorative Yoga and Reiki healing session led by Ahoo and Fatameh will guide students through a practice that is a blend of restorative and yin yoga, using various props to support the body and promote deep relaxation. Heated stones will be placed on the body to aid in the healing, while Fatameh will use gentle touch to help guide Reiki energy to balance and heal.At the end of the practice students will be led through a guided meditation. This workshop is for all levels of experience.
