Want to do something different this year for Mother's Day?I love providing an opportunity to spoil your Mum and also be creative.
In this class we’re going to paint our own cup and saucer using Porcelain paints and have fun creating something that can be used every day and is even dishwasher safe.
Then I thought, why not finish the day with a gorgeous high tea, with all the favourites. The mini Yo yos, the Mini Eclairs, beautiful sandwiches, homemade scones with home made jam, I’m even going to make mini custard tarts. We shall have pots of proper tea and enjoy the best day celebrating Mum’s together.
Sunday 12th May 10am-2pm (SA TIME) $165 per person.
We’re going to paint a cup and saucer each to take home as a memento of this class. I’m going to teach you how to layer on the porcelain paint and how to create a pattern or painting that you’d like. It’s a relaxed and easy paced class and you don’t need any previous experience in painting. There’s so many beautiful things you could do with painting porcelain. I can’t wait to share them with you.
Everything is included in this class, including aprons, all materials, morning tea and finishing with a delicious High Tea.
About The Post & Rail:
The Post and Rail is a Cooking & Gardening School located at 7 Bill James Court Compton, on a 5 picturesque acre property. In a normal home kitchen designed to provide a relaxed and sociable, learning experience. Please allow an extra 10 mins travel time from the centre of Mount Gambier.
