Join us for a beautiful Mother's Day Lunch experience with Chef Raffaele at Mano Bella SouthPark!
This elevated lunch will consist of a decadent 6-course menu, along with a custom wine pairing (optional). You can expect handmade pasta and a menu made up of local, seasonal ingredients. We will be offering only one seating for this private event, beginning at 1pm and ending at 3:30pm so be sure to purchase a ticket to reserve your seat.
On the menu:
- First course - Tartlet with asparagus mousse and pickled asparagus
- Second course - Tramezzino (Italian tea sandwich) with shrimp and celery salad
- Third course - Fried Caprese salad with a basil reduction
- Fourth course - Specialty rose pasta stuffed with wild ramp & ricotta served with a garlic butter sauce and porcini dust
- Fifth course - NC tuna steak baked with puttanesca sauce with an orange fennel salad, crushed tarrali with cipollini arrosto
- Sixth course - Blood orange tiramisu topped with dehydrated orange, served with housemade limoncello
When purchasing the All Inclusive Food & Alcohol ticket, you will enjoy 4 custom-picked paired wines with your meal.
