To Begin (Served to the center of the table)
Smoked Salmon with dill & herbed cream cheese, Spanish onion, capers, EVOO, and crusty bread.
Entrée (Served to the center of the table)
Fresh Burrata Caprese Salad with heirloom tomatoes, basil oil, and balsamic reduction.
Mains (Served to the center of the table)
Char-Grilled Lamb Cutlets: Dukkah crumb, whipped feta, roasted harissa carrots, steamed greens, and hot honey drizzle.
Lime, Coconut & Chilli Chicken: Marinated thigh cutlets with sticky Thai-style sauce, served with steamed beans and broccoli topped with a buttered crumb.
