In collaboration with Sofitel’s own accomplished Pastry Chef, Lydia Schofield, the three talented individuals have created a stunning menu befitting the special day.We will welcome you into the contemporary surrounds of Garcon Bleu with a unique tea-infused cocktail. Take your seat to savour 3-courses of savoury dishes, each paired with single-origin varieties of Dilmah’s finest teas. An exquisite high tea will follow, featuring sweet items infused and inspired by tea. There will also be a select beverage menu available to enjoy on consumption.
