We will learn the techniques for producing the lightest pasta dough, the different pasta shapes and how to make them, and the best kinds of sauces to complement each type of pasta. We'll show you how quick and easy making fresh pasta can be and how to make authentic Italian meals at home!

THIS IS A HANDS-ON COOKING CLASS; EVERY TWO PEOPLE GET A STATION WITH A PASTA MACHINE, KNEADING BOARD, AND ALL THE INGREDIENTS.
Diana was born and raised in a small town in Northern Italy between Milan and the Como Lake, and lived there for most of her life. After she moved to Switzerland, England and the Netherlands, she moved back to Italy then moved to States five years ago with her husband Marcello and three children.
Food has always been relevant in her household, just like any other Italian family. In fact, she talks about dinner while eating lunch and tomorrow’s lunch while enjoying dinner!
Diana has a true passion for teaching and cooking. Having lived in five different countries and speaking five foreign languages has allowed her to embrace different cultures incorporating them in her cooking classes.
Today, she teaches cooking around Jacksonville retail businesses and restaurants as well as private classes in her customers’ kitchens. She also teaches Italian and English as a foreign language.She’s convinced more people should have experiences like hers, authentic meals, the finest espresso, the best pizza and fresh homemade pasta and the joy of living in Jacksonville like an authentic Italian!
