We'll sample 5 wines including Champagne Cava Prosecco English Sparkling wine and 1 mystery sparkling wine.
For many people a glass of fizz before the start of a meal can be the most enjoyable drink of the evening.
The process involved in making the bubbles is key to the flavour and style of the wine. We will sample Champagne (made using the traditional method) and compare it with other fizz from around the world.
During the evening we will cover:
- the differences between Champagne Prosecco and Cava
- a comparison with New World sparkling wines
- perfect foods to complement Champagne
This evening is suitable for all levels of wine knowledge!
This event will include tasting samples of 5 carefully selected wines and a 2-hour interactive presentation with Q&A led by our WSET level 3 Sommeliers.
