*Join Us in Celebrating Mother's Day ?? at Shri Ram Shiksha Mandir School!*
Dear Mothers,
We are excited to extend a heartfelt invitation to you for a special _Mother's Day celebration_ at Shri Ram Shiksha Mandir School.
This event is dedicated to honoring the incredible mothers who play an indispensable role in our lives.
*Date*: 04 May 2024, Saturday
*Time*: 8:30 am- 11:00 am
*Location*: School Premises
We encourage you to bring your smiles and laughter to make this day truly special.
Kindly note the following guidelines for smooth sailing of the event:
1. Mother and child will have to create a masterpiece. The masterpieces created during the event will be retained by the school for our *Annual Art and Craft Exhibition,* "Creatica," held just after the summer vacation. *Kindly bring the required material on the same day.*
2. Additionally, please email a photograph of mother and child to [email protected]_ by Wednesday.
3. Kindly submit the duet presentation of mother and child to the class teacher via email by Thursday. *Selected entries for the duet presentation* will be notified in advance for the stage presentation.
4. *School transport shall not ply.*
5. Mother and child can participate in pair only. Single entry is not permissible.
6. Students have to come in casual clothes and not in uniform/ house uniform. They must carry their water bottle and school almanac.
7. Mother and students will directly come to the school ground.
8. The recreational games will begin at 8:30 am sharp and get over by 9:30 am.
9. At 9:40 am we shall begin with the creation of masterpiece.
10. After the creation of masterpiece, mothers will be escorted to a separate venue for light refreshment whereas students will have refreshments at their respective venues.
11. Carrying cell phones at the venues will not be permitted. In case you carry your cell phone then submit it at the reception with a tag stating your child’s name, class-sec and his/her id.
12. Kindly adhere to the mentioned timings.
13. Meeting with teachers to know about child’s well being in school will not be possible as winding up of the entire week takes place on Saturday only. You are requested to excuse us on the same account.
