OUR POLICY: NO REFUNDS OR RESCHEDULING. MOTHER’S DAY BRUNCH IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. ELMWOOD PARK ZOO HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL, CHANGE, OR POSTPONE ANY PROGRAM/EVENT. IN THE EVENT THAT THE ZOO CANCELS THE PROGRAM/EVENT, TICKET HOLDERS WILL BE CONTACTED DIRECTLY.
PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME FOR YOUR RESERVATION. PARTIES THAT ARE 15 MINUTES LATE WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF YOUR BRUNCH RESERVATION.
