To the mothers, the unsung heroes of our lives, the divines, the creators. You carry the weight of the world on your shoulders, nuturing and protecting with a strength that often goes unnoticed. Yet even the mightiest of warriors need a moment to lay down some of their armor and rest. Gift yourself, or any mother you know, the chance to release some of the burdens being carried. Remembering that a mother's well being is just as precious as the love they so freely give. Join me on mother's day weekend for a breathwork journey. An opportunity to release, to cleanse, to find clarity and peace.
As to foster a space for true vulnerability and comfort, this will be a small group event. Space is limited. Buy your tickets before the event sells out.
****Breathwork is an active form of meditation and some individuals may not be suitable to participate in a breathwork journey. Listed below are medical contraindications to breathwork. Please review prior to purchasing tickets.****
Medical contraindications to participating in a breathwork session are as follows:
Cardiovascular disease, high or abnormal blood pressure, history of aneurysms, epilepsy or history of seizures, anyone on heavy Medic*tion, severe psychiatric symptoms, acute psychosis or paranoia, bipolar disease, depression, osteoporosis, recent surgery, glaucoma, pregnancy, any person with mental illness who is not in treatment or lacks adequate support, anyone experiencing an acute emotional or spiritual crisis. This list is not all inclusive and it is strongly recommend to consult with a physician if you have a question about a condition you may have that is not listed above before participating in Breathwork.
