Macaroni salad with basil pesto, semi-dried tomatoes, pine nuts and confit cherry tomatoes.
Garden salad with a champagne reduction emulsified with fresh orange dressing.
Hot: Roast Scottsdale pork with crackle and apple sauce, Roasted mustard rubbed beef rump, Pasta Bake with ricotta and Napoli sauce, Creamy mash with infused rosemary butter, Roast pumpkin and potato medley with thyme and sage oil. Cauliflower raclette baked in a parsley and garlic cream.
Dessert:
