Being a woman in business whilst also holding space for, and raising, a family is an undeniably rewarding and unique role. It also brings many challenges and strains not experienced by others. Our mothers circle is a space for you to be supported, to be heard and share your experiences; the highs and lows. It’s also a space to connect with like-minded women entrepreneurs and business owners who can understand your lived experience and can support you on your journey.
In these 4, weekly sessions, you will have the chance to:
Have time for yourself and give yourself more of what you need
Speak authentically and openly in a kind, confidential, non-judgemental space
Connect with others who understand how you’re feeling
Find solidarity and support and feel part of a contemporary tribe who understands you
Be guided through relaxation exercises to help you unwind and feel at peace.

This mothers circle is for mothers who are also entrepreneurs or run their own business
What’s a mothers circle?
Conscious & Calm mothers circles are a safe and nurturing space where you can be your authentic self and express your needs and feelings openly, in confidence and without judgement. A place to be heard and held through the challenges you face in this phase of your life. A space to connect with others and build your support system of like-minded women who are living similar experiences and innately understand what you are going through. Our circles offer you time to focus on yourself, unwind and relax and connect with a your inner-peace.
What to expect
When you join the online session you’ll be invited to make yourself comfortable in your space whilst we wait for everyone to get settled. We will open the circle with a short relaxation or grounding exercise to help switch off from the outside world and the busyness of the day. There will be a space for you to communicate authentically with others about your experiences but there is no expectation or obligation to talk if you don’t want to. We end each circle with a short exercise designed to help you to relax, unwind and feel ready to continue on with your day with a sense of ease and flow.
What you’ll need to take part
You’ll need access to the internet as each of the mothers circle sessions take place online. Make sure you’re comfortable wherever you are and have comfortable clothing, a blanket incase you get cold and a drink close by if you need it. You can bring a notebook to write in if you think that will be helpful.
