About this Event
Class Description: Our Mother & Babies support group is tailored for pregnant individuals and new mamas, providing support throughout their postpartum journey. We focus on three key areas: increased engagement in pleasant activities, fostering healthier thought patterns, and enhancing social support.
Duration: 6-week class offered on Fridays from 9:30-11am, running from March 28th to May 2nd. Each session builds on the next, so please check availability to ensure you can make the most of our group.
Provided: Light morning snacks and refreshments will be available each week. While childcare is not provided, our group is family-friendly, and the meeting space is filled with fun for all the little ones.
