Welcome to Mothering the Mother Day Retreat!
Come and take time out away from the busyness of life to relax, celebrate post-Summer Solstice, set our intentions under the new moon and honour your life carrying and nurturing power as a Mother. Sit in circle and be heard, held, and healed whilst connecting with other like-minded women.
Join me, Kathryn Matthews of mysacredbirth.co.uk, Birthkeeper and womens circle facilitator and Hannah Hooper from www.stellularsounds.com who qualified as a Sound Therapist with The British Academy of Sound and specialises in offering unique and rejuvenating sound therapy experiences.
Together we will be hosting a day of ultimate relaxation and revitalisation held at the enchanting Ryecroft Yoga and Wellness in Tong, West Yorkshire. Vegan lunch and refreshments are included.
This is an invitation to honour yourself, connect with kindred spirits, and relish in the joy of self-discovery.
