Our MotherBlessing SoundBath is a time to come together and acknowledge the major life transition that is unfolding. Honoring yourself and the other mothers to be!
We come together bringing a personal item or offering such as a poem, art, or insight, a prayer, etc. for our alter.
A short guided meditation along with a gentle breathing exercise and a few minutes of unwinding yoga poses will be offered to connect mind, body and heart. From there, we will settle in to a restorative position and relax as the live harmonic frequencies aka Soundbath begins. (:25mins or so long).
After, we are invited to share our experience and chat about the item we brought and be in community with the other mothers.

This event is held at Columbia Birth Center -for members there this monthly is included in their package.
All other mothers regardless of where they give birth are invited and welcomed, $25 for the experience ?
