For our February gathering, Mother Oak is honored to offer a private sound bath experience hosted by Alex Phillips of Indigo Wellness VA.

Alex’s approach to sound healing is deeply grounding and quietly magical, creating space for nervous system settling, emotional release, and gentle insight. It felt like a beautiful way to gather during this season of rest, reflection, and slow emergence.

This is an intimate offering, limited to 9 guests, so we can maintain the care, spaciousness, and connection that Mother Oak gatherings are known for.
