About this Event
In many indigenous cultures the Earth is referred to as Mother Earth, Terra, Gaia, and Pachamama. This is the belief that the Earth we live on has a consciousness of its own, that is much like a loving mothers energy; one of love, vitality, and compassionate guidance. She is constantly giving to us what we need and want without expectations in return.
In this mediation we will journey to the womb of the Earth to recieve healing and nurturing energy that Gaia has to offer us. As well as take a moment to send our own love and prayers down into the Earth to express our Gratitude and help heal some of the scars left on the land.
Doors close at 7:10 Pm. Yoga mats and pillows are provided. See you there!
