Moms and their daughters, ages 8 to 13 are invited to join us for an afternoon class about growing up.Class will cover:
- Female body changes in puberty
- General preteen health (nutrition, sleep, exercise)
- Cycle tracking
- Hygiene
- Emotions
Light snacks and lemonade/tea will be provided. Each family will receive a recommended resource list.
Class fee is $20/mother/daughter pair. Fee waiver available to families in need.
Class will be limited to six pairs.
