A Women's circle created for you and your daughter. A Space to nourish, gain education, rest and be supported along mums and young women alike. In this hour and a half we will focus on relaxation, achieving rest and have a little play! With selected gentle and guided breath work teachings, fun and gentle yoga asanas, basic guided meditation, card pull and ceremonial cacao or herbal tea.
The aim of this space is to allow you and your daughter a safe and supportive place to come and just be. This is a time for you, provided in a group setting but delivered holistically to support you and your daughters needs. This space is for all abilities and crafted in a inclusive manner.
Let Hannah guide you both towards wellness and assist you in learning tools to aid in stress reduction, wobbly emotions and general relaxation.
Spaces are limited to 4 duo's only.
