Dr Siza Majola is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience from various industries. She began her career as a Geologist and currently serves as the Managing Director of Crawford International South Africa. In this role, she oversees strategic direction, driving growth, and excellence. Prior to this role, Siza held key positions within ADvTECH and at the Royal Bafokeng Holdings, where she pioneered stakeholder management, corporate affairs, and human resources.
With a strong educational background, Siza holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, complemented by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Sheffield Business School, United Kingdom. She also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Geology from Fort Hare University, and a B.Sc (Hons) in GIS from Stellenbosch University. With her blend of academic achievements and extensive professional expertise, Siza possesses a unique skill set that enables her to drive success in leading organisations to new heights.
In addition to her accolades, Siza is a mother, a mentor, philanthropist, and an alumnus of numerous fellowships.
