My first session of 2026 will be my Mother and Daughter (or mum, nan, sister, aunt!) Workshop.
It's running Saturday 17th January, 9.15-10.45 in Stevenage.
We'll focus on:
☆ Understanding the importance of awareness
☆ Building confidence
☆ Learning principles for safety (palm strikes & basic kicks)
No prior experience or martial arts skills are required, and ages are from 10 years old and over.
The cost is £42 PER PAIR/COUPLE.
I'm also offering gift vouchers for Christmas, if this is something you'd like to purchase for female family members for upcoming Workshops!
