Mother & Daughter vision board afternoon

Start the summer holiday with a special afternoon with your tween & teen daughter(s) (10-16 years old).

( 1 ticket is for two persons) - please contact me if you would like to bring two daughters to the event.

This is not "cutting and gluing pictures on a board" workshop. This is a unique experience that you will be guided through by an experienced facilitator.

In this workshop you will learn powerful tips for manifesting your ideal life while you connect and deepen your connection to your daughter. Helena will help you both to create your own wheel of life and reflect on all different aspects of your life. After you’ve thought about what area(s) in your life you want to focus on, what you’ll commit to, letting go of, it’s time to craft your vision board. You will be also guided into a bonding activities with your daughter, before crafting, during crafting and in the end of the workshop.

Your vision boards will be a physical manifestation of what is in your heart and your daughter's heart, and will leave energized, motivated to do the work required to make your dreams happen, deeper connected with your daughter.

All supplies will be provided, but feel free to bring along anything you feel called to share or add to your board. (photographs of you and your daughter, family, pets, dream destinations, any images, quotes.. )
