It’s a time to relax and be in nature whilst at the same time connecting and strengthening your bond with each other 💚
This is an opportunity to connect with and build support with other Mums and Daughters through sharing stories and experiences🧡
You will both be given tools for change, for better communication with yourself and others 💙
There will be special time and space given for this important relationship to be honoured 💜
The teenage years can be a roller coaster for the teenager and those in relationships with them. This program is designed to provide support for these years which can be difficult and also very rewarding.
