Celebrate the special women in your life with an afternoon of rest, reflection, and resonance.
Bring your mum, your daughter, your best friend, or the woman who feels like family and share a sound experience designed to honour love, connection, and gratitude.
As you arrive, we will create a Flowers of Love Ritual. You’ll then be guided into a gentle grounding meditation before drifting into the calming waves of sound Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, gong and percussion designed to soothe the nervous system and open the heart.
We’ll finish slowly, with herbal tea and delicious cake, time to talk, reflect, and simply be in each other’s company before returning to the outside world.
