DEMONSTRATION EVENT.

On the menu tonight:
- Salsa Tatemada: Charred tomato and jalapeno, garlic and onions make this salsa a must! Served with tortilla chips
- Chicken Tinga: broth cooked and shredded chicken, in a sauce made from tomatoes, chipotle chilis in adobo, and sliced onions. A must for your tacos!
- Mushroom and Cheese Tacos: a vegetarian taco version, non the less tasty!
- Tortillas from scratch. Take turns at trying to make your own tortillas!
- Vanilla and mazapán cake: delicious peanut cake, speciality of Mexico!
$109+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
