Wells Branch Wild Conservancy invites the community to our July meeting (July 13th). Meetings are held monthly on the 2nd Saturday of the month at 9 am at the Wells Branch Recreation Center (3000 Shoreline Dr, Austin, TX 78728). July's meeting topic is mosquitos. We will discuss mosquito pesticide efficacy and toxicity along with strategies to manage mosquito populations in your habitat. As a bonus, we will be giving away 10 mosquito traps for lucky door prize winners.
We also encourage attendees who have an excess of native plants to bring them to the meeting to exchange with others or give away to those who are just now getting into the native plant game!
