Mosh For Mental Health is a local metal benefit concert to support local mental health non-profits, this year Casa De Los Ninos! However our real purpose is to lessen the stigma around receiving mental health help! Our Show will be January 17th at 191 Toole and featuring Netherdred, Lethean, Evasion, Kvasura and LocHJ2M!
