In this 3-hour class, you’ll learn how to break, shape, and repurpose colorful fragments of repurposed materials into a stunning mosaic. All materials are provided, and take-home kits are available for purchase so you can continue creating after the class. With a passion for transforming discarded materials into art, Deb Meritsky brings creativity and purpose to the world of recycled design. Combining formal training with years of hands-on experience, she specializes in mosaics, resin art, stained glass, and steampunk-inspired creations made from reclaimed materials. Through her classes and mobile workshops, she empowers others to explore creativity while promoting sustainability. Her work—from vintage china jewelry to custom mosaic designs—embodies the belief that art can be both beautiful and responsible, inspiring others to see the extraordinary in the ordinary.
