From spring through the end of summer, Horizon 2030 is THE destination not to be missed, featuring a new program rich in discovery, sharing, and above all, fun at the Parc du Cinquantenaire!A free guided tour in French by Jacqueline Guisset of the mosaics in the Cinquantenaire hemicycle Created between 1920 and 1930, these mosaics form the official memorial to the First World War.
They are the work of six artists: Jean Delville, Omer Dierickx, Albert Ciamberlani, Emile Fabry, Emile Vloors and Constant Montald. They celebrate peace in the Army Museum and war in the Royal Museums of Art and History.
Visits to the mosaics always take place on Sundays between 11:00 and 12:30. Meet at the top of the staircase.
Registration not necessary.
