Explore the art of mosaic design in this hands-on workshop where creativity meets function. In this 3-hour session, an experienced instructor will guide you through the process of designing and crafting your own stunning mosaic table (with removable tray top) using a variety of colorful ceramic and glass tiles — no prior mosaic experience required.
Each participant will be provided with a 13-inch diameter by 19-inch high metal tray table (choose black or white when you register) as the canvas to create a personalized piece of functional art. The workshop includes all materials and guided instruction. You’ll learn how to plan your design, place tiles, and prepare your piece for grouting.
Want to finish your masterpiece in one day? Allow the glue to properly dry for a few hours and then join us again, at no extra charge, for an optional grouting session at 7 p.m. to complete your table and take it home. If you’re unable to return that evening, you’ll take home a kit with materials and detailed instructions to grout your project at home.
This workshop is open to crafters ages 13+. Beginners are welcome. No prior mosaic experience is necessary — just bring your imagination and a willingness to have fun. Spaces are limited, so register early and select your preferred table color before it’s gone.
