In this hands-on mosaic workshop, teaching artist Brigitte Nicol-Messali invites you to design and create a stunning 12” mosaic plate on a bamboo base using pre-cut glass tiles. With no pattern to follow and no rules to limit you, this class is all about creative freedom, personal expression, and the joy of making art with your hands.
Perfect for beginners and experienced creatives alike, this workshop gently guides you through each step of the mosaic process. You’ll learn how to prepare your base, envision a design, arrange and glue tiles, grout your piece, and finish it beautifully. Along the way, you’ll explore color, texture, and rhythm—allowing your design to unfold intuitively as you work.
