MOSAIC (Mentorship, Opportunity, and Social Impact through Arts, Innovation, and Cuisine) is a collaboration designed to showcase and enhance New Orleans' rich cultural heritage through innovative hospitality experiences in Food & Beverage.
Join us as we premiere this dinner series showcasing Chef Byron Bradley and Founder of Turning Tables NOLA, Touré Folkes. Attendees will enjoy a 5 course Caribbean inspired meal and a cocktail pairing crafted by Touré Folkes showcasing Campari portfolio spirits.
Seatings are available Tuesday, February 11th and Wednesday, February 12th, 2025.

Proceeds from this premiere event will benefit Turning Tables NOLA, a local nonprofit that provides inexperienced and rising Black and Brown hospitality professionals with culturally responsive education, training, mentorship, and resources necessary to access real opportunity.
