Mortgage 101

While your job is to help your clients buy and sell their homes, it is important to know enough about the mortgage process to be able to guide them in the right direction. This class will cover key topics such as the different types of mortgage loans, interest rates, down payments, and how lenders assess creditworthiness, as well as the differences of working with a direct lender such as DML over a big bank or broker. This all may sound boring to you but I will do my best to spice it up and keep you engaged!
