We’re celebrating 40 years of the “new” Morpeth Community Centre with a full day of fun, food, and music on Saturday, August 16th—and you’re invited! From 2–4 PM, enjoy outdoor games and activities, free face painting, a 50/50 draw, raffle prizes, and photo displays highlighting the people and moments that shaped Morpeth. The cash bar will be open, and there may be more fun to come! From 5–6 PM, join us for a pulled pork supper—$20 for adults, $10 for kids 12 & under. Advance tickets only, available until July 31st or while quantities last. Get yours during business hours at Ridgetown Independent News and Hidden Gem. You can also message the hall to arrange pickup.
Then from 7–10 PM, the night ends with a bang as Poor Man’s Poet takes the stage for an outdoor concert you won’t want to miss. Bring a lawn chair and help us celebrate this milestone in true Morpeth style!
