Menu:
Freshly baked pita bread with hummus and Moroccan olives
Harira soup is a hearty lentil and vegetable noodle soup
Traditional Fattoush salad, a cucumber and tomato salad and with toasted pita
Grilled lamb chops rubbed with Berbere traditional spices over Moraccon saffron rice with a pomegranate and red wine sauce, and roasted root vegetables
Vegetarian option includes a stuffed eggplant with carrots and bell peppers served with a tahini sauce and saffron rice, and roasted root vegetables
Basbousa is a sweet semolina cake, cream-filled dessert, topped with candied pistachios, and garnished with pomegranate.
