Mornings in Motion is an all-levels 60-minute outdoor yoga flow series that invites you to breathe in the beauty of the season on the Frick’s historic garden campus.Led by skilled instructors from The Yoga Hive and accompanied by live solo musicians generously sponsored by Make Music Pittsburgh, each class weaves together flowing movement, soothing melody, and the natural rhythms of the landscape, encouraging a deep connection to place, body, and breath.
