Each edition of Mornings at the Museum will focus on a different theme, and our third bi-monthly edition is all about Empathy & Self-Love ?♀️?♂️

MEDITATION ROOM
Connect with your inner self in our fully designed, deep relaxation-focused, ocean-facing meditation room. Our minimalistic and calming ambient design is intended to let you focus on yourself, while letting the background music guide you into a meditative state of mind where you can explore the wonders of your spirit and soul. ☮️
*Any ticket holder can access our meditation room and it will be open from 8:45 AM - 12:00 PM.
**Limited capacity** - Please note that there is a limited number of spaces available to meditate. If the room is full, please just add your name to the waitlist.

WHAT TO BRING
Please bring a yoga mat, a towel, and a reusable water bottle. Blocks, a bolster, and a blanket are also suggested for the event!
There will be limited items to borrow, it is strongly advised to bring your own props if you have them.

The museum is located in the heart of La Jolla overlooking the ocean, one hour North of Chula Vista, 30 minutes from downtown San Diego, and right off the 5 and 15 freeways.
