Join us for a summer yoga sessions on the beach hosted by ASPIS Studio.About this Event
Start your Morning with a Gentle Vinyasa Flow on the Beach.
We will meet at the North Avenue Beach by a souvenir shop "Clark street Sports".
The yoga will be gentle, calming, and flowing. Since classes are outdoor, they will be weather permitting only.
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and maybe a bathing suit to jump into the water after class!
