Join us for a rejuvenating yoga class on the beach! Start your day with a peaceful flow and connect with your mind body and soul. You will be guided through various poses and breathing exercises helping you find balance and inner peace. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi this class is open to all levels. Don't forget to bring your own mat (or a beach towel) and water bottle.
