This 45 min morning class will warm you up, open your hips and shoulders, strengthen your legs and arms and focus your mind. This is a beginner friendly class, with focus on breath and meditation as we flow gently through a Hatha hybrid, with influences from Tantra Hatha and remedial yoga.
Mats, blocks, straps and pillows provided.
What to bring: Towel and water bottle.
